Als ich letztens im UPSB rumgestöbert hab, fand ich eine sehr coole Kugelschreiber Mod, an die ich mich sofort rangemacht hab.
Da ich jetzt nicht so viel Lust/Zeit hab das Tutorial zu übersetzen geb ich euch einfach das Original.

4 Pens:

RSVP retractable: cap, clicking part and grip
HGG body and tip
Pilot G2 body like mmx
RSVP ink tube

Remove cap and cut the retr.RSVP at the point were the inside starts to be hexagonal (see pic)

At the back of the HGG you have to remove something (see pic) I use something long and push it from the inside out.
Tricky part: file the outside from the HGG and the inside of the retr.RSVP so that the HGG fits into the RSVP and line up. You have to remove a little of the HGG because it's to long, it should fit in the retr.RSVP so far that it doesn't touch the moving parts in down position (pen out)

Glue them together with superglue, make sure they line up.

edit: to make sure that the parts will not stop moving due to debris from filing you have to get out the piece which normally touches the ink tube by filing the edge which stops it from falling out. Clean it and put it back.

Take the ink tube and dent it at the same spot the ink tube of the retr.RSVP is dented, so that the spring wont go over it.
Put the tube and spring inside and screw the tip on. You can stop here but the COP is way of center so..

Remove the grip and put a piece of the body of the G2 (edit:4.3cm) over it like a MMX: http://www.pentrix.com/upsb2/viewtopic.php?t=738
Put the grip over the G2 part.

Put in your insert by unscrewing the tip: 11,3cm long and about half the height of a normal insert, the inside of a HGG is less in diameter than a normal RSVP.
I modded one from dkgamer(credits to dkgamer!)
Finally a piece of tape prevents the cap from sideway movements, but it still can go up and down. I put it where the pens are glued together.

That's it, its 18.8 cm long and weighs about the same as an MMX

Ich schätze mal ihr fragt euch woher ich den Pentel Retractable habe...
Ich hatte mir mal die normalen Razzle Dazzle bestellt und statt die zu bekommen hat die Verkäuferin diese bestellt.

Das ist ein Video von meinem Stift, jedoch ist meine Tintenpatrone leer, wodurch ich mir noch kein Inlay ausdrucken konnte.

Da steht das der RXVP retractable hexagonal ist ...
wieweit stimmt das noch?
Bei pentel.com sah mir das nicht so aus, aber wirklich viel sehen tut man da eh nicht

wie doll klappert der mod?
Ist ja schwer die feder zu biegen, wie ich das sehen.

Hatte dabei leider das inside ueberlesen, ist mir auch grade erst beim neuen post schreiben aufgefallen o0
Der Stift ist also nur von innen hexagonal, von aussen rund =)

Ja, das MonAmi hexagonal is weiss ich, davon ist hier aber gar nicht die rede.

Dert PDS Retractable is hexagonal da man dafür einen MoAmi 153 nimmt anstatt einen RSVP. Denke das du da irgendetwas verwechselst oder evtl ich tue es gerade...

ich raste echt gleich aus!!!!!

ich sitze jetzt seit stunden und versuche dieses ************************ HGG ende zu feilen, sodass es in das teil von dem rsvp retractable passt!!!!!!!!solangsam sieht man nich mehr viel von den hgg hinterteil!!!!ich hab schon versucht den stift durchzubrechen, wegen einem wutausbruch, aber jetzt hab ich 2 nicht-zu-kleine wunden in der hand und der stift ist noch ganz!!!! AAAAAH, wäre er doch nur kapuutttttt!

falls jemand den mod gebaut hat, BITTE BITTE sagt mir wie das gehen soll!!!!!!!!!!!!

das feilen is tricky aber net unmöglich^^ du darfst nur net zu viel feilen da sonst des ende abbricht. und du wieder von vorne anfangen darfst^^ is mir beim ersten mal passiert. wennst genauere hilfe brauchst schreib mir ne pn

du musst auch den rsvp retr. von innen feilen
ich hab den noch nicht gebaut
bekomme aber bald die teile

ja das problem ist, dass meine feile vorne nur ne spitze hat die aber nicht rau ist, und ich nur genau so viel platz in rsvp body hab, wie lang dieser nichtraue teil ist, was könnte man da machen?

haste son taschenmesser mit so ner schrägen oda runden klinge^^ ka kann ma schlecht erklären dann schab die innenwand ab. dauert zwar aber es funktioniert

Ich denke, dass das mit einer Rundfeile gut abzufeilen sein sollte. Die ist rund, man kann den Konturen folgen und bis oben hin rau

scho mal dran gedacht dass die rundfeile nur ne bestimmte größe hat?^^ und wenn du ne konische hast is auch schicht^^ weil du innen gerade wegfeilen musst net konisch^^. das is alles so ne sache^^

also ich hab jetzt einfach mit nem cuttermesser die innenseite des rsvp teiles abgeschabt, ist zwar nicht perfekt aber passt.

jetzt hab ich noch eine frage:
welchen teil des G2s muss ich denn jetzt nehmen um vorne drauf zu machen?

den selben teil den du für nen nx mmt oda mmx verwendest.

wenn ich das jetz richtig verstanden hab muss es also das stück sein vom G2 an dem der grip war odeR? und davon 4,3 cm....

lol >_< nein nicht den. den hinterm grip wo auch der klicker drin is.

wo ist denn bitteschön hinten an dem g2 ein grip beim klicker ???
ich sehe da weit und breit nur plastik was man eingentlcih nciht als grip bezeichnen kann

sorry mir is grad aufgefallen dass ich was falsch verstanden hab dacht du meintest dass da hinten noch ein grip sein soll. ich sollt mir ma angewöhnen die sachen genauer zu lesen^^
